This self help tool should achieve all of your legal objectives and responsibilities under Fire Safety legislation in UK, if used correctly and completed fully. Furthermore, it should satisfy inspection by any visiting Enforcement Authority. If however our "process" is rejected in writing by any visiting Enforcement Authority then a full refund is offered.

If a payment has been made in error, please contact our accounts department. Refunds are at managers discretion.

If, once you have signed up, you find that your premises' are too complex for you to complete a Fire Risk Assessment on this platform, then please contact us and we can provide you will a cost for sending a professional Surveyor to your property to do the assessment for you, with a reduction of all, or part, of your initial subscription from the charge.
